hi all! i recently got a contract to provide laundry service for a dorm, can anybody tell me how much is a hanger and where to buy? I have a regular job so i dont have the luxury of time to go to divisoria and canvass it.

ms. etten, i read in your previous post that clothes placed in the dryer have that plantsa feel…have you tried that on uniforms? para man lang maka-save ako sa plantsadora. may i also request for your supplier for the special stapler and paper for clothes labeling. I’m thinking, maybe it would be more practical to wash all whites together instead of the “first-in, first-out” system. what do all of you think? although, for the casual clothes i might apply that system.

does anyone know of any upcoming sale for washers and dryers? i need to buy equipments too. i’m just a newbie..but thanks to all of you, i got a reasonable amount of technical know how.

regarding the plantsa feel, we do this for cotton, denims. uniforms, depende what type of tela they are. meron din kasi yung tinatawag na perma press, hindi na talaga kailangan ng ironing, just hanger lang direct from dryer. If your contract with the dorm is sobrang mura, i would advice you do mixing for whites and even colored, yun nga lang, ingat ka talaga sa mix up of clothes, kasi dyan ka masisira sa customers if they learn na hindi nila damit ang napunta sa kanila.

Staplers for clothes are medyo mahal, so i would advice you to use perdible/aspile? , hindi pa nakakasira ng damit, though meron talagang stapler ang staple particularly for clothes.

regarding sa hanger, magkakaroon ng sale sa SM malls, dati meron silang 15.- per dozen, dun lang ako kumukuha, ewan ko lang kung meron sila ngayon..you can try that too.

as for the sale, Maytag has a sale now for a pair, you’ll get it for 60k+. If you want, you can go to their shop at Shangri-la Mall, kakatingin ko lang dito last weekend.
