hi everyone!
I’m also thinking of putting up a laundry shop. I have a few questions..
1. Is there a technique in washing clothes or do you just follow the instructions on the washing machine?
2. What kind of customers do you often get? In what class A, B, C, D, E?
3. Is it important to have the shop beside a street where cars always pass by or pwede na sa looban neighborhood type street?
4. How much is the starting capital and how many months/years before ROI?
5. How many staff do you need to run this business? What is their salary rate?
I new in this kind of biz so don’t know anything yet and need some help / pointers.
Thank you very much!
hi phobia,
to answer your questions:
1. Is there a technique in washing clothes or do you just follow the instructions on the washing machine?
wala pong technique, just follow the label,
2. What kind of customers do you often get? In what class A, B, C, D, E?
all kinds, A,B,C,D
3. Is it important to have the shop beside a street where cars always pass by or pwede na sa looban neighborhood type street?
yes, mas maganda kung commercial/residential area ang pag lalagyan mo, looban is ok but don’t expect maraming customer.
4. How much is the starting capital and how many months/years before ROI?
you can start with 250k, pero kung gusto mo maganda at may funds ka for utilities and rental, make it 350k. ROI depends sa pickup ng business, pag pumatok ka agad, expect your ROI in 5-8 months.
5. How many staff do you need to run this business? What is their salary rate?
for starter, you can hire 1 staff muna, tulungan mo na lang muna sya in receiving, though when i started the biz, ako mismo nag laundry sa shop..
salary rate is minimum.
good luck!
