may alam ba kayo na nag-ooffer ng 24months installment period na washing machines (electrolux, samsung or whirlpool)? mag-se-set-up na kami hopefully by next month medyo kukulangin sa budget kaya i need to make both ends meet for my set-up.

i found a contractor for the shop but i haven’t finalized with him yet, asking price is 70k for the following:

- INSTALLATION OF LAUNDRY SYSTEM FOR LAUNDRY SHOP
- ANCILLARIES: SIGNAGE, SHELVINGS, CABINETRY, ELECTRICAL,
PLUMBING, FIREPROTECTION, MECHANICAL

do you think the price is reasonable? please advise.

actually if you have time, its better to look around for individual contractors, like the
ANCILLARIES: SIGNAGE, SHELVINGS, CABINETRY, ELECTRICAL,
PLUMBING, FIREPROTECTION, MECHANICAL.

there’s not much to do on mechanical..i wonder?hmmm..
fire protection? gadget lang yan. installation of machines, included yan sa supplier ng machines..

electrical lang siguro at cabinetry.

yung quote nya, if materials included palagay ko pwede na,pero kung labor lang..medyo mahal. supposedly that’s 10 days work lang..
