Now i wonder, for all those who stayed long in this business, have you ever increased your price and maintain it? considering the stiff competition? or it decreased instead? and in the next few years, are there any chances that prices will increase? cause considering the expenses, all might have increased already and yet, price stays because of such competition… just curious -reiven-
hi reiven, I manage to increase my rate before per kilo from 20 to 25/kilo even if theres 18/kilo offering near our place..For almost a month my staff said a lot of customers are complaining about the price increase but they still come to us for laundry services. Of course there’s still some customers that never came back and transfered to the competitor. But after awhile, they still come back because they say our laundry is cleaner and fresh smelling.
