I have tracked down my costing based on average so I can have an idea how much is the cost per kg for power,water,detergent,fabcon,gas,chemicals and others. These are the variable costs while fixed costs are personnel, rent,depreciation,taxes/licenses,telephone,others.

That’s true, averaging talaga. if your walk in everyday is volume, as in your case and of same kinds pa like linen, talagang very cheap lalabas ang expenses mo. pero if you consider small amounts or several customers of only 2-5 kilos each, mas mataas lalabas ang overhead mo per transaction, i hope you imagine what i mean..
as for others who are just starting out, definitely mas mataas ang costing nila based on per transaction specially if mababa ang per transaction. unless mag mixing sila ng clothes which is not really advisable…
