Is it really true that months of summer is lean season for laundry business? any tips on how to boost our sales during these months? How can a starter in laundry business penetrate an area with already existing laundry shops? Is there such a thing as saturated market? Or can we say, there is always a room for everybody?
Thanks everyone!!!

Just to share. We always open a branch at the area with already existing laundry shops because we believe that we have competitive advantage and that is excellent customer service. Also, existing laundry shops in the area means captive market. Just make sure that you have a different marketing “gimik” to entice competitors’ customers… In business, let us all welcome our competitors. Pagalingan lang walang personalan

In my case, i don’t have lean months. but i have peak season and thats during rainy days.
my customers are regulars already and are used to our services that they don’t do their laundry. unless they don’t change their clothes, or they wear their clothes dirty then we’ll probably have lean season.
it really helps to establish connection with your customers, that way they’ll be loyal to you that even if they move to another place, they still bring their laundry to you.
