another question…will the customer not be turned off if ever my change sa price pagka pick up? coz d chineck nung kasama ko na puro blankets and towels pala ung pinalaundry e chinarge namin un ng 27 per kilo? i am just worried if ever kc na mag add kami khit 50 pesos lang to cover up ung underpricing namin? bka kc maging negative ung effect dun sa customer…ano kaya ? ill remain at the price i told her and next time nalang sabihin na at a premium pag ganun pinalaba ? or at least kahit 50 lang padagdag ko? kc it cost me much napakabigat pa mga pinalaba..

hi unicahija,
i have already encountered such incident and i instructed my staff to text immediately and inform the customer of the misappreciation of items and told them the correct price. we asked the customer if its ok if we correct the price. surprisingly, the customer agreed to pay the increased price.
