do you think it’s okey to process both the personal laundry and institutional accounts in same area?
What is the advantage of using large capacity washers for the institutional accounts compare to 10.5kg topload type? Mahal kc ang mga large capacity washers, Whereas yung mga top load you can buy 10 units 10.5kg cap which costs the same for just one-25kg industrial washer. Except for the space utilized, what are the other advantages if there’s any? Also, if the 1-large cap washer malfunctions, I will have no production.
I really need to add machines but I’m having trouble deciding which is most beneficial. Thank you.

based on experience, institutional and personal accounts are done on separate area.

loading in a single machine is one advantage, instead of operating 10 units, you only need one operator for the machine. isang galawan lang, compared to 10 machines which you had to operate separately. electric consumption, 1000watts yata ang 10.5 kg. so if you operate the 10 machines, imagine kung ano ang ikot ng kuntador mo nun. my equipment before uses 1500 watts transformer, 25 kg capacity.

if ever your machine malfunctions, your supplier should provide you a back up, that’s supposed to be included in the contract. or in my case when that happened, i checked in a hotel that’s equipped with laundry machines at duon ako naglaba,
kidding aside, my supplier also does institutional laundry kaya may back up talaga ako,

Sa actual processing, talaga bang 25kgs ang ma load sa 25kg cap? coz sa 10.5kg, 6-7kg lng yata ang puede at paslampas ng 7kg, di na kaya ng agitator na mamove ang mga damit. And what brabd of industrial machine would you recommend? Pls. PM if you don’t want to specify brand here.

with regards to brand of the machine, i have nothing in particular. for as long as it cleans efficiently and company provides great after sales service, that’s good enough.

capacity of washers really depends on the total weight of whatever you put inside the drum.(water+detergent+fabric) but if your fabric is bulky and light, kahit anong suksok mo sa drum, it wont be cleaned. you should always provide room for movement of the fabric.
