Question lang po about personnel. Yung isang staff ko po kasi nanakaw yung pouch bag while taking her lunch outside of the shop. i don’t know what she was thinking that she left her pouch bag nya sa sidecar ng asawa nya. Unfortunately, nasa pouch nya yung susi ng padlocks sa shop. We had no other choice to replace it immediately. Will i be fair if i’ll charge the cost of the new padlock to her? Stretch into 4 separate payments naman po. Your inputs are appreciated! Thanks po! Good day sa inyo!

Nangyari na sa akin yan. My padlock costs Php 2,500.00 each. Nanakaw nung nalingat yung staff sa shop. Charged to experience na lang kaya ngayon murang padlock na lang ang ginagamit ko pero yung matibay.
Pero nung nabudol-budol sila at nanakaw yung OB Mobile Phone nila, charged na sa salary nila yun, stretched payment.

Ok po. Will i be to harsh sa punishment if we’ll charge the cost sa salary nya? We don’t like the other staff to see na bka may favoritism kami. We want them to learn from their mistakes and be responsible at the same time para di na maulit. Thanks sir KB!

depende sa violation, pero in that case kasi negligence na yan eh. kung first offense pwede palagpasin, next time charge it full.
