Do you think having a branch inside a mall is feasible? I have spotted kc a 22 sq.m. area at 20k/mo but I can nego it maybe to 8-10k only. Ang issue lang is yung mga 15-20thou customers a day na papasok, potential customers kaya yun? I think maybe sa dry cleaning, but do you think people will bring their dirty stuff to the mall? Please give your comments!

definitely! pinaka maraming items na matatanggap mo talaga are dry cleaning items and also comforters and curtains. big items that are normally not done at home. dirty clothes? i don’t think so, besides ano ba ang magiging introductory price mo? ang alam ko kasi pag malls, mas mahal ang WDF kesa outside mall.
also,better if you can nego it to 8-10k per month.
