etten,
i just wonder how long do you hang dry. It eats up a lot of space if hanged first. if it will be hanged just for 30 mins, i don’t think it will make a lot of difference in drying time. But given your consumption of gas, you really are saving much. I’m not into hang drying and I consume 100kgs of gas a month which is twice your consumption with the same kgs processed as you do.
Can you illustrate a little bit?
By the way, thank you to those who posted regarding personnel schedule and operating hours.
More power! -perpax-
The air being humid nowadays, it only takes about 15-20 minutes to dry the clothes, except for jeans and heavy clothes. As for the space, i use about 15 sq.m. space of my laundry shop, i also use hangers. it is a practice you have to implement to your staff, cause at first your staff would resist as it gives them more work to do..but i had to tell them that this should be done , otherwise their bonus would go down the drain. It is a tedious job, but i guess it’s worth it. Besides, it lessens global warming, :)
