Thanks for sharing…
a different marketing “gimik”…in your case, when you just started, did you compete with price? usually kasi sa price eh, mababaan pa. what did you do?
any concrete ideas?
thanks…

nice strategy kb!
in my case naman, i stayed at the shop the first few months to personally attend to my customers. it helps to know your customers, that way you develop friendship with them at nagiging regulars na sila. i also post my cellphone number sa shop for comments and suggestions.
at the opening day, we give promo like free laundry bag, pero ang opening price namin was the same as the existing laundry shops. malaking factor din is free pick up and deliver, pag na establish mo to hindi na aalis ang customers mo sa yo kasi kampante na sila sa patawag tawag na lang sa shop.
good luck to everyone!

hi monette,
i just “inherited” a laundry shop. nangangapa kaya naghanap ako ng forum na ganito.. hay salamat hulog ka talaga ng langit!
i have 2 concerns:
1. i want my staff to undergo training kasi bago lang sya at iniwan sya nung dati nyang kasama. pwede kaya ito, sa shop mo if possible? for a fee of course.
2. i want to do some renovation.. parang hindi ok ang layout e magulo madumi tingnan. do you know a contractor na alam ang magandang set-up for laundry shops? maliit lang yung shop mga 30 sqm lang.
thanks a lot! hope to hear from you soon.
regards,
