Question to all pala:
This is the scenario: I have a client who loaned money to an ex-laundry employee so she could put up her own. After 6 months, this ex-laundry employee was not able to pay her monthly amotizations to my client. So, my client told me that he wanted to close the laundry shop. But when I made inventory of the supplies and machines of the laundry, I noticed that there were a lot of customers. I checked the books of the laundry and I also noticed that it was making profit although I assume na hindi fully dinidisclose nung ex-laundry employee ang totoong sales for each day.So, I adviced my client not to close the laundry shop. He decided to sell the laundry shop for 700K to anyone who is interested. They have 4 washers and 4 dryers, which are all second hand.
The rent there is 12500 medyo mahal po. Yun nga lang po, what’s holding me back here is, maging successful naman kaya ito?
I need your advice.
Maraming salamat po.

For Php 700K, I can establish 3 branches with machines and 3 pick-up point branches. One more thing, gas dryers are better than electric dryers as far as operation cost is concerned.
If you are truly interested and you think that your client is a motivated seller, you can negotiate it for Php 200K as maximum.-kuskos baalungos-
Mr. KB,
Pati dry cleaning, stain removal, packing, etc. Although I will order the module of Ms. Etten.

Wag ka maguluhan…This is just a simple small business. In all my businesses, sa tingin ko ito ang pinakamadaling i-manage. Heto nga ang business na di rin halos kailangang hands-on ang may-ari after three months of operation. Kaya mo yan!

client mo ba yung nag pautang? and ano na nangyari sa ex-laundry employee?
ex-laundry employee turned business owner ba sya? lam mo parang may hint ako sa sinasabi mong mga machines, electrolux ba mga yan? at puro front load? kasi for them to price the business at that amount, parang ganyan ang nakikita kong scenario. electrolux machines are expensive…
kung hindi ka nagmamadali or you don’t want to compete with your client, you could wait for the laundry shop to shut down, tapos saka ka mag tayo ng shop mo within the area. yan na ang magandang location na hinahanap mo, merong market considering 100kg sila a day. unless yung 100kg nila ay may kasamang institution. for sure kahit naka pwesto na sila dyan and you put up another, may pupunta at pupunta pa rin sa yo..i know, been there done that.
don’t buy the business, masyadong mahal..
put up ka na..don’t keep the opportunity waiting,
Good luck!
