for all those who stayed long in this business, have you ever increased your price and maintain it? considering the stiff competition? or nagdecrease pa instead? and in the next few years, are there any chances that prices will increase? bka nman kc sa tagal-tagal, nagtaasan na ang lahat, e wala pang balak mag-increase ng price because of such competition… curious lang

i’ve been in the business for 6 years now, and so far i haven’t lowered my price kahit na ang nakapaligid sa akin lahat mas mababa.
i think citilife laundry, (denzon’s) managed to increase her price from 23/kilo to 25/kilo.
ganun din si kuskos balungos, he eventually increased his price once he was settled. kahit na notorious sa price war, nakakapag increase pa rin, (kb, correct me if i’m wrong )

if you haven’t started yet, better price your service at P30 minimum. Mas madali magbaba kesa magtaas. Better price at P32. Anyway, may mga items naman na mas mahal like curtains, seat covers, towels, comforters, maong, or underwear. Dati pinatimbang ko lang yung undies, pero dumami kasi ngayon dahil alam nila tanggap kami so, I priced it at P10 each just this week. Will check tomorrow kung meron pa nagpalaba.
And most of all, the trade secret, DRYCLEANING!! Walang standard price yan, sa gusto mo lang!!

I’m planning to open a branch in the mall and planning to price regular wdf at P33, minimum of three kgs. Baka next year mag increase na ng rent so taasan ko na kaagad and service fee. Will update you kung meron magpalaba o wala.

regarding sa price..actually it all depends on the location. your location is good..actually you’re building ground already, we’re talking of captured market and monopoly here, o di ba..mas maganda ang nauuna, nagkakaroon ka ng leverage, ika nga.

sa manila, iba rin. competition is stiff and sometimes system is disappointing.
matira ang matibay dito. pero ganun din, una-una. pag naka base ka na..you can always dictate your price.

i saw in one of the malls, MOA ang price dun per kilo is 25..to think na mall na yun. well ganun talaga, as i said depende sa location..
