Hi ms. etten,
Please help me on how to compute actual cost for laundry services.Do you have a formula for this? Like for a 1 kilo of W-D-F service, how much % for electric, water, detergent, softener and the like? so as to WDP and dry cleaning etc…
I am thinking kasi minsan may customer na nanghihinge ng discount and since im still new in the market, i usually give in kesa naman ma zero sales ako.
do you have any tips?

there’s really no standard formula for that. you just have to figure it out..
parang gut feel.
it really depends on the condition of the clothes you’re laundrying, like how badly soiled they are, mas maraming ma consume na detergent, kasi you have to do pre washing. parang heavily soiled- 2 scoops of detergent.pag naman very light lang ang clothes, it will not consume much water and detergent.
for electric, ganun din. if you use the dryer the whole time to dry the clothes, it will consume more electric and lpg, unlike if you hang dry, obviously you’ll cut a lot of expense.
for dry cleaning, definitely malaki ang margin natin dyan. but if you can demand a high price and give them fair discount later masaya na sila doon.
if you give discount and your price is 25/kilo just give 5% and it should be 10 kilos above. kung pa 1-3 kilos lang, don’t give discount. and also impose a minimum kilo per transaction, like 2 kilos/transaction.
