2. I have all the equipment na 2-1 po (2 washer front load 10kg and 1 gas dryer) – 2nd hand po lahat… eto po inuna ko bilhin before ako maghanap ng location.

First of, I want to congratulate you for making the first step in having a business. Regardless of whatever business you want to put up, what’s important is you have taken action.
Here goes:
1. Location (wala pa po ako location)
Scout for a location that has no competition existing, and also near or very accessible at where you are located. It is also advisable to find a location that’s highly populated, no matter what level of class society they’re in.
2. I have all the equipment na 2-1 po (2 washer front load 10kg and 1 gas dryer) – 2nd hand po lahat… eto po inuna ko bilhin before ako maghanap ng location.
Whoever told you that its better to get an equipment first before the location may have his personal reason, but normally its the other way around. Get the location then deliver the equipments to the location later. He may have told you to “look” for equipment but not necessarily “buy” so maybe what he meant was “canvass” and compare prices.
Yes you can do that if you are to man the shop also, if not then it’s better to add manpower – duty of whom is to pick up/deliver cum laundry helper. (dami ba?) So there should be 2 staff.
Pano? Develop a system that is “loko” proof. And it also helps to trust your staff but at the same time be keen also.
5. Nabasa ko na din ung sa permit and all.. san po kinukuha yun? sa main office po ba?
You get your permit depending on where you’re located. Amazes me to see you ask these things wherein supposedly these are the basics of putting up business. But no worries, you’re getting there.
6. name ng business ko if ever…
Names? if you’re preoccupied, I don’t know how you’re going to run the business…Maybe putting yourself together is a better idea? However, just to satisfy your question- get a dictionary, open it then point your finger to a word, whatever that word is, name your shop after that? what do you think? ;D
There, I hope I answered your queries..

Hi, Ms. Etten:
I am now coming up with DTI’s required list of five (5) prospective business names. However unique I think they all may be, I am also apprehensive that they may all be taken.
I was wondering if, on the list of club members, it would be a nice idea if the members also posted the names of their shops so newbies could use it as reference on which business names are already taken.
…just a thought.
Cheers,
