I have this space I was eyeing for a laundry business space suppposedly for opening another branch. I was yet tinkering with the idea of how gorgeous the place would be, considering the density of people and traffic is really good. As I was already about to decide, I finally asked the landlord, how much the lease would be. Lanlord informed me of 15K a month, 3 months deposit, 1 month advance. A big price to consider, given the fact that the place though dense with people, market is at the lower end bracket. Still procastinated with the idea, until finally I have decided to go and reserve. Disappointment followed when the landlord said, they decided not to rent out the place, and informed me they would put up a laundry business of their own instead. Coincidence? no, I don’t think so. They already know I’m putting up the business there, which maybe gave them the idea that indeed, laundry business is good for that space. Not that I would like to think of them as unethical people, but they are, right? To make the story short, I didn’t think twice of turning my back at them after I’ve heard that story, though not in an impolite way, but I merely showed them how bad I felt at what they are doing. Later that day I thought, is it really an opportunity lost or a blessing in disguise? I’d like to think of it as a blessing in disguise..

it’s just not meant for you… there are better places that would be made available for you sometime
