This is a testimony left at the comment box. I can’t help posting it here because it made me feel good.

Good day, Ms. Etten. We attended your seminar last year, I think that was on March 31, 2008, together with my husband and son and two others, a lawyer and an owner of a dorm. We come from the province and we went to Manila just to attend your seminar.
Though it was quite expensive with fare, accomodation, and other misc. expenses, it was compensating because of the way you treated us. You were so helpful and generous with your knowledge because you imparted even your trade secrets.
It took me this long to contact and thank you. I was really busy with my work, family, etc. and it was just recently that my son told me about your website.
We opened our shoppe 2-1/2 months after we met. It is nearly 8 months but I wasn’t able to audit the proceeds. I’m still starting to input in my computer the daily order & cash receipts. Can you help me on how to get started correctly and what important datas and points to consider?
I hope to visit you if ever I have the opportunity to travel to Manila. Can I attend once again your seminar to be updated? I had little chance to oversee the progress of our laundry business but since I decided to retire from my job, I guess I can already help. Do I have to pay again the fees, if ever I will attend?

First of, I’d like to let you know how grateful I am for letting me know how a big help the seminar was. Everytime I conduct a seminar, I always pray that everyone gets their time and money’s worth. That hopefully everybody gets the idea of what I’m trying to impart to them. Though sometimes I feel I become more of a motivator than a trainor, later I’d realize that yeah, this is actually a role I think I’m going to play for a very long long time..

As for your question, you’d like to attend the seminar again to update you, I would recommend that you become a member of the Laundry Business Owners Club instead. This way, everytime you want to attend the seminar, you’ll have it free of charge, regardless of how many times you want to go. On top of that, you also get mentoring, discounts on supplies, banner, ID, certificate of membership, and last but not the least, my endless support. :)  Of course, being counted as somebody who belonged in a group, that’s a big factor too. Just let me know when you’re coming so I can accomodate you..I can’t turn down a person who gave such good words..
