i’m a customer and had an experience wherein 3 of my clothes, with one of my favorites, were damaged by the laundry shop, and they all turned to red. It turned out that one of my red-colored shirt was included to the white ones. What is disappointing is they refuse to pay it and the staff doesnt want to take responsibility on what happened. Poor service of the staff members. I think they should be trained to entertain and listen to customers as well. I talked with the manager and made a bargain. I was paid P900 in return. This amount is low considering that 3 of my clothes are not usable anymore. Where can I buy 300 pesos branded clothes, geeeezzz? If only I have a choice, I wouldn’t take my clothes to this laundry shop anymore.

Hi cam,
Totally agree. Staff should be trained and taught to deal with customers. As a rule of thumb, we separate washing whites from colored so what happened to your clothes is really a question. What I’d suggest is you ask for the owner’s contact number and demand an explanation from him.
Thanks for dropping by!

hi po. thanks for your response to my query. im beginning to be a regular “poster” to this site. I really find your forum very helpful. Here’s my question…I know that there should be an additional charge for a very dirty laundry, how do you tell the customer about it? i mean they think po kasi that we can do “magic” with there clothes. They assume that we can totally eliminate a stain when sometimes it’s permanent stain na. What if you we’rent able to eliminate this permanent stain?
