Tnx po for your reply… what would you suggest on treating oil stain., i tried soaking them overnight on ariel. I tried to spot inspect the table cloth before running them on the washer. I cant seem to see the oil stain while its wet and it only appears when dried. tnx po - do you have any seminar comming up soon somewhere in manila or nearby? tnx again poh

Hi, Ms. Etten:

A nearby spa is interested in our laundry services, but they are requiring us to weigh their laundry as ‘dry load’. They will be giving us their laundry items either damp or entirely wet from the shower then we are to weigh the items after they have been washed and dried.

On pricing, they refuse to be charged per piece and insist on all items (i.e. blankets, towels, robes, shorts) being charged at P25/kg (dry load).

Is this an industry practice?

Also, what is the usual price for WDP? We have an existing business client, whose tablecloths and table napkins require this service, but I don’t think we’ve priced them right.

Appreciate your two cents on this.

Thanks in advance,
Grich
