October 3rd, 2009 @8:07 pmhi..just want to ask how i should price wet clothes. do i weigh it as is or after drying? we have clients who were victims of typhoon ondoy. grabe mga damit nila, mabaho na at may putik. we do spotting first before we load them in the washer. we also do double cycle because of the smell. di ba lugi naman if after drying pa namin iki-kilo? we had to do extra service because i don’t want our quality to suffer naman. we even hand wash the white ones before loading.please reply asap. thanks
Hi ach,
Actually its your discretion whether you want to charge them wet clothes or after drying. Imagine yourself in their shoes. Having to endure the suffering they had to go through. Having those clothes washed to have something to wear later. Those are just clothes but what about their other things? Personally, I would price them regular, after drying. That is one way of helping out. I’m thankful for I’m the one helping than being the one needing it…

do your company do industrial laundry? our sofa bed got soiled during the Ondoy flood and i was hoping you could clean it. its just the foam part. ive been looking for an industrial laudry that could hopefully do the job.
the sofa bed is something like this (http://www.blimsfurniture.com/images/products/sleepshop/may-additions/sbc-09-alisa.jpg) but its an accordion type.
i hope to hear from you.
