Hi Ms Monette,

I attended in one of your seminars in Cebu last year. It helped me a lot in managing my laundry shop. I opened last October 2009 and business is doing good so far. I now have loyal customers and they are very much satisfied with our quality service. Thank you so much for providing us useful tips and information in operating a laundry business.

Now, I have an opportunity of exclusively providing laundry service to a 100-room 3-star hotel that will be opening in Cebu soon. I will be meeting with their management to discuss on the details. I just want to ask on advises on some things. I understand that this already be classified as a corporate account / industrial laundry service.

1. PRICING. I understand from your previous blogs that we only follow our standard per kilo price. Should the client prefers to be charged per piece, we just base our computation from our standard per kilo price. Is it advisable to extend special discount to them, being a corporate account? If so, what’s the maximum discount?

2. EQUIPMENT. I am currently using a household washing machine and I only hang dry the clothes. Now, with the hotel client, I might be needing an industrial washer and dryer so I’ll be able to load more comforters / linens / bedsheets in one cycle. I saw big machines in your blog photos. Where can I possibly purchase those industrial machines?

3. SEMINAR. Do you hold seminars for operating an industrial laundry service?

4. CHARLIE SOAP. How can I order charlie soap?

Thank you so much for your help. Wishing you all the best! =)
