Another inquiry, I am working overseas. What do you think of my relative looking after my laundry business? Would you prefer a relative or non-relative?  Major disadvantage I would think for a relative is we might have disagreement that could turn into misunderstanding, whereas if non-relative I could easily pacify a wrong doing or even replace the person without hesitation. Hi mary! I am so glad for your taking interest in reading this blog. It is obvious that you are motivated and inspired after taking sometime reading the posts. You are hyped and really wanted to start the business asap. The only predicament you have is you’re overseas and what’s holding you back is the proximity to your business if ever.  I’d suggest you take time in thinking of the considerations lest you make mistake. It also important to know what is the reason why you like to put up the business? Is it for yourself or for your relatives that you send money to? If it is for yourself, then it’s better for you to wait till you are ready to stay in the Philippines for good. That way, you’ll be able to look after the business personally. Leaving the business to someone you do not know is worse tha leaving it to someone you’re having apprehensions with. I know that you know the answer to your query, and I’m just confirming it…Hope I was able to enlighten you.
