Hi Ms. Etten (My mentor)
Hi Cye :D My replies would be at the end of every questions as usual, ok?
I would like to inquire about sa prices or how to charge each item…
It’s been 2 months since nag operate na ang biz ko…. I had 2 staff left na din and as of now wala akong tao sa shop and good thing mom is taking over…heheh
I have few concerns lang *(as always ^wink^)
How would I charge them for this request? Handwash is always charged higher. Price is premium, in my shop it is 55 pesos per kilo.
-You can’t tell what the customer should do or not to do to their clothes. Your job is to wash their clothes, no more no less. ![]()
3. May mga bags na nagpapalaba and I really dont know how to charge it? Discretion mo na yun, whatever amount you want to charge.
4. I know if its a handwash, iba ang charge but sometimes as a good gesture we consider it na lang…
Services offered:
Handwash then the price ???? Yes you can do that. In fact customers would appreciate it more..
5. I have another inquiry for this:
—— WDP is 60/k & my charge for Press only is 40/piece. Eto nangyare… meron kasi nagpapa WDP na halos hindi umaabot ng 1kg as in 3/4 lang,, How much should I charge it? I know nalululugi na ko tlga sa sobrang bait ko at laging cutomer’s right pero I dont think na tama na ung ginagawa ko. When you price the items per piece, cosider the price of dry cleaning charges. That way, you would have a basis of how much you’ll charge every piece.
—— I am planning to increase my price na from 25/kg to 28kg… Tama bang mag paskil na ko ng “effective ____ this date we will charge ____” Absolutely yes!
—— Isa rin sa mga reklamo ko ang sobrang dudumi ng damit (as in sobrang dumi… binabad ko na at nag kukusot ako, yeah I really do this dahil nagugulat ako sa dumi at itim ng tubig ha…) pero still ung mga “white” ang dumi pa din. Sobrang napapagod ako sa nangyayare sa shop, sometimes mina - mano mano ko na ung mga damit nila w/c is sometimes uncalled for — ahahah sobra naman kasi.. Ms. Etten Please help…. As in. Even ako… Pagod din coz I wash stinky and dirty clothes tlga…. Minsan ung OXY & charlie’s na gamit ko halos isang scoop tlga for this… Imagine dalawang soaps ang nagagamit ko just for their clothes to be cleaned… Ugh! What’s wrong ba? There’s nothing wrong giving the best service you can give. Only you need to consider the costing..or if it’s not too much for you, better if you soak the clothes for a period of time so you wont need to handwash each item. Soaking loosens the dirt and makes the clothes easier to process. Remember: Haste makes Waste.
There I hope you were able to get something out of this post. Good luck!
Have a Beautiful Day!
