i really don’t have an incentive program for my staff. what i did is set a quota for them to reach. for a week that we meet our quota, I give them a bonus, whatever a mount basta I give them..it could be for a a snack or it could also be a day salary, depending on my mood.
pag na meet naman nila ang quota nila, they too are excited to inform me of the good news.
