Is there rank and file among employees in laundry shop? ex. cashier is the head, next is the presser, next is the one that process, next and last is the one in delivery/folding/packing. -medium
Depends on the scale of your shop. If it is the industrial type catering to corporate accounts, you need a structure to organize your staff and system should be implemented. However if the business is in smaller scale, like retail type, wherein you only need 2 (two) employees, no rank and file is needed.
