Question lang about sa selection ng space.

1. Is it necessary na malapit sa condominium area ung space? Or kung may malaking residential area ok na.  - Laundry business can work anywhere, even in a highly commercial area. Not necesarily near condominium buildings, but more on residential area would be better.

2. How important is yung foot traffic?  Kasi meron ako target space, along the main road siya ng isang residential area. Vehicular traffic lang meron. - Again, not necessary. Pag vehicular traffic ang meron ka, what you need is a parking space for your customers. Also if what you have is vehicular traffic, then what you’ll get is high end market..

3.Ok lang ba dumikit sa mga well known laundromats? Ung isang space kasi merong metropole malapit. For years wala siyang katabing competitor. - Absolutely! Well known laundromats are known to have higher price tags. This will be beneficial to your shop as well because you would end up having same price as they are.
