Hi.. Any suggestion on how to deal or make proposal with the Dormitory Owners.. Laundry service exclusivity for tenants. I’ve got a suggestion from my father that I should talk to friend of my sister who owns a dormitory. They actually don’t have a Laundry Shop inside the compound of the Dorm..-dylan_22
you can ask exclusivity from the dorm owner, and i’m almost certain they’re entitled for a percentage..
if possible you can also put up a pick up station inside the dorm, or even a table where you can receive laundries, offer also pick up and deliver. i’m sure they’ll favor a laundry shop inside the dorm than outside. Because it will save them effort, not to mention fair if the laundry shop is far from dorm.. i hope the owner doesn’t allow tenants to do laundries inside their rooms,

its summer once again and i’m so sad that our laundry business is slow. when we used to have an average of 40 plus on rainy season, we average 30 nowadays.we don’t want to have promo naman. naiinip na ako na kumita ang shop ko ng 50k a month so i can hire a supervisor coz i want to go back to teaching. but with our present income, hindi pa namin mag hire additional personnel.i bet ganito rin experience ng maraming laundry shop. sometimes, i lose drive to go there kasi wala naman akong gagawin dun i do the folding by the way. please help.
