Hi Miss Etten! i previously attended your seminar dami ko natutunan and very useful since were just planning to have a laundry business.You’re using Samsung 7.5kg washer and i’m planning to buy one for my business tanong ko lang miss Etten kung kasya ang queen or king size comforter? and sa washing, i’m planning to purchase charlie soap, ask ko lang kung ilang sabunan ang ginagawa ninyo sa hindi masyadong maduming damit and ilang anlaw ang ginagawa ninyo. Simple question Ms. Etten, for wash, dry , press, what do you usually do? Do u place the clothes one by one on a hanger and use dry clean plastic or just fold them and place on a regular plastic? Thanks

If you remember, my washing machine is 6.5 kg front load. It wont fit a queen or a king size comforter. If you plan on accepting those items, you better get a bigger washing machine. We don’t do manual rinsing, machines are usually fully automatic, so it’s either doulble the times you wash a foul smelling clothes or better yet, soak it overnight.
FOR WASH DRY PRESS:
We normally ask for hangers, or charge hangers to the customer. It really depends on their preference, whether they want it hanged or folded.
