Hi Miss Monette musta na po?

I finally got the chance to read your blog again, and it is still and really very informative.

One month na since nagstart yung laundry shop and so far so good naman. One problem we encounter is that parang di tumatagal yung bango ng damit based sa sample na labahan na ginawa namin (our own shirts hehe). I’m using alcohol based (cologne type) na spray but yung first week ko eh water based lang gamit ko at napansin ko walang bumalik sa mga clients ko nung first week. While I’m using yung fabcon parang malabnaw compare duon sa malapot na I need to dilute pa in a separate water before putting in sa mismong washer.

So far wala naman ibang comment yung mga repeat customers ko kundi yung plastic na gamit namin daw. Pero nagwoworry parin ako kung bakit some client di bumabalik, nabother din ako nung sinimulan ko sila itext to follow up and ask comments at ang sabi nila di daw ganun kabango… but some ok naman daw bango at linis.

Kaya di ko alam san ako mag-aadjust… sinubukan ko din yung sinabi ni Sir Tiromy na spray between drying period pero ganun parin eh nawawala siya… help naman po.

Ask ko rin po pala, pwede hingi technique sa gamit sa dryer… I’m using speedqueen at normally ang setting ko eh yung TIME DRY nila then starts at 60minutes then check nalang kami after 15minutes.

Most of the time halo halo rin ang nasa loob ng dryer… like pants, blouse, shirts, shorts… kumbaga may manipis at may makapal.

Dami ko tanung sensya na. Musta na po pala yung LBOC continous parin po ba yon?

As for your queries:

I’m using alcohol based (cologne type) na spray but yung first week ko eh water based lang gamit ko at napansin ko walang bumalik sa mga clients ko nung first week. - Good thing you shifted to alcohol based fabric freshener because water based fab freshener in my opinion leaves bad odor than fresh scent because after you have sprayed it on, you’ll have to wait for sometime for the clothes to dry up, unlike if you use alcohol based fab freshener, you wont waste time waiting because alcohol easily evaporates and whats left on the clothesis the fresh scent. Tha maybe the reason why no customer came back for repeat order.
   
2. di ko alam san ako mag-aadjust… sinubukan ko din yung sinabi ni Sir Tiromy na spray between drying period pero ganun parin eh nawawala siya… help naman po. - Spraying between drying period evaporates the scent of fab freshener. Remember, it functions just like a cologne..D ba when you spray cologne, it doesn’t last for the whole day? Not even 4 hours, unless you use perfume..just the same, if you subject the freshener to heat, the faster the scent disappears.
3. Pwede hingi technique sa gamit sa dryer… I’m using speedqueen at normally ang setting ko eh yung TIME DRY nila then starts at 60minutes then check nalang kami after 15minutes. We normally set the dryer at 30 mins MAX. Then check on the clothes, remove the dried item then 15 mins thereafter.
4. Most of the time halo halo rin ang nasa loob ng dryer… like pants, blouse, shirts, shorts… kumbaga may manipis at may makapal. - That’s ok, only I would suggest hang dry the heavy items first before putting it inside dryer to cut off gas consumption not to mention reducing cause of global warming.
5. Musta na po pala yung LBOC continous parin po ba yon? Yes, continuous pa rin.
