do i have to be at the shop everyday? kasi 2x a week lang ako pumupunta because im employed in a company. alam nyo, hirap ako makahatak ng customer kasi yung customers are very loyal to their existing laundry service.. i plan to take a break from my work just to attend to my business on a daily basis. naghahanap pa ng timing di kasi basta basta pag VL!!!

one more, wala bang pasok ang mga laundry shop this May 14? nagtatanong kasi mga staff ko kung holiday daw ba?

hindi naman kailangan everyday ka nasa shop, pero dapat everyday ka nag che-check ng inventory. unless meron kang katiwala as in katiwala na mag che-check in your behalf.

para sa kin, walang loyalty-loyalty sa customers. pag nasubukan ka nila and they think that you’re better than their old laundry shop, lilipat at lilipat sila sa yo. i would suggest you take a leave sa work mo and tutukan mo muna ang biz mo para magkaroon ng personalidad ang shop mo. malaking bagay ang nakikita ka ng customers mo, lalo pa at bago ang shop mo.

hi everyone, I also am employed. After work, I just drop by at the shop at sabay kami uwi staff ko. Just ask them how’s the day and what are their experiences. I also look at their production chart para they know I’m checking their production, ask them why these items takes so much time, why this batch is rewashed, why this load is too few, etc…. so that they will know that they are checked. I don’t pay much attention to inventories since daily ang replenishment ko ng supplies at saka mapagkatiwalaan ang incharge ko.
