A really good opinion! For laundry shop starters who wanted to cater to industrial accounts, just make sure that the prices you offer to your industrial clients could compensate for the operating cost and the depreciation cost of your industrial machines. I serviced prestigious hotels and gyms before but i eventually gave them up due to, (i think),”unrealistic” price competitions from other laundry shops. Lesson learned, always protect your profit margins..having industrial accounts doesn’t always mean you’ll earn more. thanks!

We are starting a laundry business catering to residents in the condominium areas in Mandaluyong.
Would you recommend investing in industrial washers and dryers or should we start with commercial or heavy duty machines such as Speed Queen or Whirlpool?
Please give your thoughts on this.
We were thinking of buying 2 dryers and 3 washers. Heavy Duty.
OR, 1 industrial washer and 2 heavy duty dryers.

thanks :)
