I’m so sorry for the delayed reply. :) Your query is long this time and detailed as well :). As for rental of the location, a 17k rental is quite high for a laundry shop. Remember that it used to be rented by a lechon manok business and considering a business like that, it’s supposed to make good profit…First thing you need to consider is the daily overhead. Assuming 17k in a month, divide that by 30 days, that’s about Php566.00 a day for rental alone. Assuming you are to price your laundry at Php25 per kilo, you’ll need to have at least 22 kilos just to cover the rental. 22 kilos is not a joke to reach for newly opened business. I don’t want to sound discouraging, pero i would suggest you to study the figures. As for the excel format, sige you can send it to me. i’ll give my opinion but you’re still the deciding factor..
