Please tell me po how long have you been using the respective machines before they asked for maintenance.  Currently I’m using one washing machine and one dryer.  unfortunately, my washing machine had been giving me headaches.  1st part to break or give way is the agitator, then the lock of cover was next so di sya mag drain ng water and spin and now pressure pump.  Meron tumutulo na water sa ilalim pag naga refill ng water.  Explanation ng technician over used daw.  My washing machine is still 10 months old.
In addition, pangit ba ang whirlpool? What’s the best Brand for Laundry Shops?  Please help po.”-dylan_22

have you observed how your staff does the laundry? its very unlikely for the cover to be broken, or even the agitator. did you buy it brand new? if you did, all these headaches that you’re having should be passed on to your dealer..especially if the machine is only 10 month old.
whirlpool had been in the country for a long time, and they are in my opinion ok..because if they’re not, they should have been gone by now,

hi, please check the following:
sira ang cover …. most likely cause by biglang bagsak ng cover. or force closing na me nalahalang.
agitator ….. possible of overloading but my most likely guess is improper loading. napulup*tan un agitator habang naglalaba.  check my suggestion 2-3 pages back. in my experience kasi, you can’t fill the tub with even 70% of the rated capacity of 10kg.
water pump…. which one. because from your previous post you said that tumutulo habang nagfifill. Fyi, there is no water pump in the washer in the inlet section.
i will assume then that me tumutulo dun sa 2 holes sa likod kabitan ng hose from the faucet….. if so, remove the hose and you will find a screen adaptor inside, remove it cause it maybe causing blockage in your supply which inturn tutulo un tubing sa hose adaptor. if sira naman etong water valves meaning walang pumapasok na tubig sa tub kahit me malakas tubig sa gripo then nasunog eto kasi you are filling up the tub very slow.
if nasisira naman lagi your pressure tank water pump….. you need to replace your pressure tank with a bigger one para hindi on and off ang pump mo… this will cause premature ageing of your pump.  this is of course assuming you have continuous supply of water and the pump is just use to boost the supply to the washer.  if water supply is intermitent then your pump will also be damage.
discuss ko na rin un drain pump which is the only pump in the washer which use to drain the water from the tub….. if me tulo… check if the hose connecting to it is firmly attached… else its a mechanical problem which you cant do anything but replace.-snowbear
