hey guys….
nice exchange of infos or ideas….i wanna know any strategy to get an institutional accounts? kasi medyo may fear ako about this na bka mahirapan ako sumingil and di ko din macomply ung needs nila…i just need some motivations regarding this….tns sa inyo and more power to our biz! -fidelity
Di naman gaano karami institutional accounts ko but all of them I have personal contacts inside. Either the owner is a friend, or the manager is an acquaintance/friend, and some referred by some close friends of mine which are their friends too. Remember, “the more friends you have the more opportunities you have in business”. So, make more and more friends.
Not all institutional accounts are “utang”.
Try mo yung suki mong spa or barber. As of now, I’m considering giving terms to priests and possibly nuns. Tatlo palang nakuha ko. Siguro naman magbabayd yung pari, di ba? Kung may hotel malapit sa inyo, try to market your services but usually go for the smaller hotels, mga 15-30 rooms capacity. Pag malaki kc, me sariling laundry na, pag maliit naman, yung housekeeping lang maglaba. If di magbayad yung hotel, mag check-in ka (biro lang). Or di kaya, mga catering services pero di ko pa nasubukan kc daming stain, baka e try ko pag me bigger machine na ako.I hope I contributed something.-perpax-
before i went to laundry business, i used to handle our garments business..and just like laundry we needed institutional accounts also. In my experience, next to friends and connections the best way to get them is still through cold calling. kaya kailangan masipag ka talaga mag tawag at mag-submit ng mga proposals. minsan pa dyan the bigger the company, mas barat pa sila, demanding pa. sometimes even if your contract says 15/30, kung hindi sila mag-rrelease ng cheke wala ka talagang magagawa. but the upside of it is that it gives you an edge to your competitors kasi you can declare that this big company relies on your service, which of course speaks clearly of the quality of your service. You can likewise use that as reference when you submit proposals to get more institutional clients.
is it worth it? only time can tell..if you can take all the problems that come with a higher income then so be it. after all, life is like that..we all have to strive and make sacrifices to make it big -milkshake-
