Hi Melchor,
First of, thank you for purchasing the module. I hope you were able to pick up something from there.
Anyway, looking at the data you provided, with only two machines, I see you have more than enough staff. Let me share to you how I operate my laundry shop… In my main branch, I have two washers, one industrial, one household. Also 2 dryers, only one I allow to operate. The other is for back up. With all these machines, I only have 1 staff maintaining all of it. I also have pick up and delivery, and he’s taking care of this too. I let my household help assist in the laundry during afternoon, when all her chores are done…she only does ironing, once in a while folds too. I would suggest you cut on your manpower. Also, check on the output of your staff, are they doing their jobs efficiently? Do they have specific job descriptions? If you cut on your staff, you’d be able to monitor more on the output..
For maarketing, I’d suggest you give out fliers, give out promo of 3+1, free laundry bags and render top quality service..You were saying you’re having hard time marketing your business..Let me tell you when I was just starting this business, I didn’t stop marketing until I got at least one appointment for corporate account..That’s how I worked hard to pull up the business..I hope this helps you recover your losses..
Hope to meet you one of these days.
Good luck!

hi mam nette, i am thingking of putting up a laundry business in my workplace. it is in the base of the philippine airforce in lipa and i am residing outside the base, a 10 minute ride only. basically, my knowledge in this business came from net. i can’t attend your seminar because my work goes for 24hour on duty and 8-5 if no duty detail. i am hoping to buy your module or any guidelines if any, like what your customer melchor in iloilo did. hope to hear from you soon. thanks and more power to your business.
