Happy weekend to everyone… have you had a case wherein a laundry item has been damaged/ripped by your whirlpool machine? I don’t know if its due to staff negligence or just the machine. did this ever happened to you? This is such as a hassle. I also have a staff and she got her sibling to work at the laundry shop too. Now they’re both asked to go home by their mother for barely one month working at the shop..Another hassle. Now I’m sharing this story to everyone to avoid doing the same mistake.- kath_grace
For the clothes being damaged, one reason is overloading. It is not necessarily the whirlpool machine. The clothes get stuck to the agitator and eventually got torn. You should load the drum by piling the clothes away from the agitator and around it, arranging it properly allowing room for the clothes to move around.
As for your staff leaving at the same time, what you can do is tell them beforehand that they canot leave at the same time or they’ll have to wait for their replacement before they can go. You can hold their salary if they leave even with your warning. An agency can also come in handy when something like this happens.

i’m a customer and had an experience wherein 3 of my clothes, with one of my favorites, were damaged by the laundry shop, and they all turned to red. It turned out that one of my red-colored shirt was included to the white ones. What is disappointing is they refuse to pay it and the staff doesnt want to take responsibility on what happened. Poor service of the staff members. I think they should be trained to entertain and listen to customers as well. I talked with the manager and made a bargain. I was paid P900 in return. This amount is low considering that 3 of my clothes are not usable anymore. Where can I buy 300 pesos branded clothes, geeeezzz? If only I have a choice, I wouldn’t take my clothes to this laundry shop anymore.
