October 12th, 2009 @6:50 pmHi!
We just attended the Cebu seminar a couple of weeks ago. After attending it, I immediately canvassed for the required equipments. We found out that 11-kg washers for Samsung were already phased out as per info from the suppliers I went to. What is available is only the Samsung 10.5 kg washer with dryer (electric powered). My questions are:
1. What is the advantage and disadvantage of having this kind of unit/capacity? ADVANTAGE: you purchase only one unit for 2 functions, that is its washing and at the same time drying, turns out cheaper too because you’re actually buying 1 unit instead of 2 units. Last is that it is space saving.
DISADVANTAGE: there’s only one disadvantage I can see, that is it will eat up a lot of expense for electric. As I’ve said in the seminar, it has the same principle as that in our kitchen, that is comparing electric stove consumption with lpg/gas stove consumption. Bottom line is, you’ll only realize the advantage in its long term use.
2. Is an LPG-powered dryer more cost-effective than an electric one? Absolutely!
3. Is Whirlpool also a dependable brand? I’ve a bad experience with my Whirlpool unit, though what I’m using is top load in my other branch..I don’t know with front load, let’s see if there’d be comments posted about it,![]()
HAVE A NICE DAY!
Thank you!
