I regret that I attended the Laundry Seminar conducted by Whirlpool (Exatech). All their promises during the seminar was really impressive, the durability of the product and 24 hrs service. All those were just Bullshit. Just after 4 weeks my Machine was not functioning well. Its not true that they will attend to your concern immediately, you will still wait for the schedule of their technician in your area or wait if the parts that they will replace is available. It has always been like this for months now. Imagine, every month I have to call them with regards to the problem Im experiencing with this same machine over and over again. To think na hindi bugbog sa gamit yung machine because I have other machine, and hindi pa ganon ka lakas Shop ko.
