This is Diego. I Attended your seminar before. Can I ask if Php4,500 salary for a stay in staff in my Sta. Rosa shop too much? And how can I know na di magnanakaw ang staff when parati wala ako sa shop kasi I have work in Ortigas. We will open on June 12.

In my opinion Php4,500 is more than enough for a stay-in meaning free board and lodging. Even an employee at entry level working in Makati wouldn’t net an income for one month with that figure.
As for the “magnanakaw”, I can’t really tell. I can only suggest you develop a system that is pilfer proof but you know even the best well secured bank in the world can be robbed if the robber or the thief are wise and has the ability to steal. The only thing you can do is get a trustworthy staff, honest whom you can rely on running the business with all honesty. With the salary you gave, I hope it is reciprocated with good service as well.
